From early research and opportunity framing to prototyping, validation and communication, I work across the full journey of an idea. my work is shaped by one question:

What should we build, why does it matter, and how do we make it meaningful?

"In den unterschiedlichsten Projekten hat sie immer wieder gezeigt, dass sie ihr Handwerk versteht und ein sehr gutes Gespür für Gestaltung, Design und visuelle Kommunikation mitbringt. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich ihre Eigeninitiative: Auch wenn Aufgaben nur grob umrissen waren, hat sie diese selbstständig weitergedacht, kreative Lösungen entwickelt und dabei immer wertvollen Input eingebracht"

Janosch Janßen

Product development and prototyping @alstrio

"It was my absolute pleasure to work with Damini when she was at Doceree. She is an exceptional designer and communicator. She understood vision when it was expressed to her and made it better with her own creativity. Damini is also one of the hardest working people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. I’d recommend her for any role in the future. "

Ashley Whitehead

Strategy Leader | Data Analytics

"One of Damini’s most commendable qualities is her bias for action. She has consistently shown an exceptional capacity to translate class learnings into actionable strategies and remarkable first prototypes. Her dedication to her team was evident in how she always strived to elevate the work of her peers, ensuring that their collaborative projects met the highest standards."

Martina Skender

Design Researcher | Early-Stage Innovation

"Her ability to transform presentations into visually compelling slides and create eye-catching posters for various events significantly enhanced our project outreach and impressed our clients. Damini is not only a skilled designer with a keen eye for aesthetics, but also an ideal team player who thrives in collaborative settings, integrating her ideas and conceptual experience seamlessly."

Frederic Freitag

Executive Assistant & Project Associate

"I had the pleasure of working with Damini on creating the logo for Berlin Wood Sisters, and I couldn’t be more impressed with her talent and dedication. She possesses a keen eye for design, delivering a logo that perfectly captured the essence of our brand. Not only was she incredibly creative, but her professionalism and responsiveness throughout the process made it a breeze to collaborate with her. "
