At Creative Dock’s Berlin office, I worked across innovation, venture building, strategic foresight and communication design, helping teams turn complex ideas into clear, usable and visually compelling outputs.

As the principal designer in the Berlin office, I supported multiple teams with presentations, reports, diagrams, templates, digital assets and event communication.

My role sat between innovation thinking, information design and practical execution.

Making complex ideas usable

A large part of my work involved translating strategic and foresight content into formats that teams and clients could actually use.

I created:

  • PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations

  • Foresight diagrams

  • Editable visual frameworks

  • Trend reports

  • Manuals

  • Information resources

  • Event assets

  • UI and digital design elements

The focus was always on clarity, usability and editability, not just visual polish.

Building systems, not one-off slides

I developed presentation templates and tools that allowed teams to work independently without constant design support.

This included converting complex vector diagrams into fully editable PowerPoint formats and creating modular systems that could be reused across projects.

The goal was to make high-quality design scalable inside the team.

Strategic foresight & venture communication

I supported teams working on future-facing and venture-building projects by turning research, scenarios and strategic thinking into structured visual narratives.

This helped make complex information easier to discuss, present and develop further with clients and internal stakeholders.

Rohrbeck Heger acquisition support

During the acquisition phase of Rohrbeck Heger GmbH by Creative Dock Group, I worked closely with the marketing team on website improvements and foresight-event communication.

My contribution included:

  • ideas to improve the company webpage

  • visual refinements and cosmetic fixes

  • event-related assets

  • communication support

  • improvements that contributed to better SEO presentation

This work gave me direct experience supporting a brand during a period of organisational transition.

My role, simply put

I turned complex innovation and foresight thinking into clear visual systems that teams could use, edit and communicate with confidence.
